In April, popular Mediterranean themed restaurant Villa Azer launched a popular monthly ingredient-centric menu that’s sure to satisfy your cravings for Mediterranean cuisine. This month, you will be treated to a three-course dinner menu that’s made entirely of local ingredients found only in Florida. For $80, you will be treated with offerings that include Florida key shrimps seasoned with corn puree, pickled cucumber, and radishes. The restaurant also offers tomato tart with fresh cherry tomatoes, directly from Bonita Spring ad well as burrata from Fort Lauderdale. If you are in the mood for some seafood, the restaurant also offers roasted grouper served with sauteed and caramelized sprouts. Every Wednesday evening, the event begins with dinner with dishes that include truffled chicken and roasted Chilean sea bass. After dinner, the event leads to an hour-long salsa event.
