Visit Miami’s Luxurious Events in Style

Miami is a hotbed of luxurious events and it is a crime to miss out on any of them.

Some of the places that you could visit, especially if you’re on a budget or a backpacker, are in central areas of the city and convenient to get around. Whether you want to save up for souvenirs to take home or just willing to stay in a hotel, there is a place for everybody.

One of these is the famous city of Miami Beach, the main magnet for all things Miami. From the beach bodies to beautiful sunsets, you’ll never get bored as there will always be action there.

If you’re the type of person who would prefer a quiet tour, try visiting the Miami Everglades. The Everglades are a wonderful way of keeping in touch with nature without spending too much on nature tours, and at the same time, the place is also abundant with wildlife and birds – a must for every animal lover or bird watcher.

Any culture and history lover should take the time to go and visit the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and Little Havana. Over at Brickwell Avenue is the Banco do Brasil Americas Cultural Series, “Brickell Urban Encounters”, which is a free, all-month long gallery of sculptures by Manuel Carbonell and Yutaka Toyota. Over at Wiener Museum of Decorative Arts at Federal Highway is the Chihuly Glass Exhibit which features many of the sculptor’s works including the Macchia sculptures all for free until March 2015.

While staying in your furnished apartment, instead of going over to fancy restaurants to dine, why not try to cook for yourself? The best place to get fresh and inexpensive produce is at Arsht Farmer’s Market, a weekly market filled with locally grown, organic food from fruits to baked goodies. You can also experience live cooking demos and musical performances. Arsht Farmer’s Market runs all month long until March 2015.

If you are feeling the spirit of Christmas and would like to become an anonymous Santa to a child in need, Bayside Marketplace is holding its fundraiser named Bayside Toy Drive that runs until the 19th. Free parking is given to donors who donate toys valued at $10 and above.

If you’re looking for a night of fun and want to leave from the comforts of your apartment, head over to 5 Star Cigarz at Miramar Parkway for Fantasy Poker Night where you can have a night of live music, fun, and drinks all for the price of $5 and up.

If you’re bringing the family along, take them for some icy fun at Frozen Ice Palace at Dolphin Mall on the 8th , as the popular Disney film will be launching its Sing-Along Edition. Kids will certainly have fun at the interactive Ice Palace and glimpse special scenes from the film itself. Over at ArtsPark at Young Circle is Food Trucks at ArtsPark where you can bring the family over for a picnic on the 8th and 15th.

You can do all of these while staying in a hotel close by without the hassle of going around the city looking for a place to stay.
